Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged upon arrival.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Products returned after the return period.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment method and bank.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
